Integration Anyone?

No, this isn't an post about reviving a practice used during the civil rights movement in the 60's. It's a brand new term applied to marketing by Mark Joyner in his newly released book, Integration Marketing.

Mark has spent the last seven years refining and quantifying some of the most powerful ideas and methods of marketing products into a simple set of formulas that anyone can use to drastically increase the value of each customer they have. You will be able to use this information to find an unlimited supply of customers and steadily grow your business from year to year.

I really like Mark's work and his earlier Simpleology creation is an astounding tool to help anyone get their lives organized. I can relate to his ideas of reducing the activities of marketing to a set of logical measurable tasks.

..But then, I'm also educated as an Engineer and I'm used to System Analysis. Mark often draws on his military and CIA background to organize his thoughts. If you have read any of his other work you realize why people like Dearl Miller call him "the greatest marketing mind of our generation".

However, I'll have to be honest and tell you his treatment of marketing may not be for everyone. If you like to understand how things really work and enjoy looking at things in a predictable quantitative manner, you will like what he has to say. On the other hand, if you're really new to business sales processes like the "sales funnel" or "backend sales" you might be better served by understanding some of the concepts in smaller more digestible chunks before attempting Mark's "Integration".

Overall I recommend this book as a great thought process organizer for intermediate and advanced marketers. Beginners can jump in if they are good at seeing the whole picture. In any case, you can't go wrong taking a look at this book. Right now it's FREE and it won't stay that way for long. So I recommend socking away a copy now even if you intend to use it for future reference.

You can't get this book in bookstores yet, but you can download for FREE here.
